During our 25 years living in Papillion we have used several different lawn services. We highly recommend CM's lawn service because their crews are very prompt, courteous and efficient. They mow, edge, trim, clean up and are timely in lawn applications. Our lawn has never looked so full, manicured and tidy, we can honestly say we believe we now have the show lawn of the neighborhood.

Writing on behalf of the Southwind Villas Homeowners Association, I extend a thank you and an earned well done, for your excellent lawn maintenance and snow removal operations. You are the third company the association has used. The Board of Directors have received favorable comments from homeowners and visitors about the appearance of the properties. We did not receive favorable comments when using either of the other two contractors.
When problems occur in the lawns or sprinkler system or snow removal, we can rely on your firm to work with us to correct the problems.
The Association Treasurer has experienced difficulties with the other 2 contractors obtaining explanation of billing items. At the last board meeting, the Treasurer was very appreciative of your accounting personnel. Questions are answered properly and clearly.
Homeowners have contracted with your firm to obtain services not covered by the lawn maintenance contract. Projects range from tree removal to landscaping. The Directors have received comments including, "fair pricing”, "great service”, and "they stand behind their work."
