Chuck Monico, President
Years of Service: 26
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting
Certifications: Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC), Nebraska Pesticide Applicator, Licensed sprinkler contractor
As founder and major stockholder of CM’s, Chuck has been here since day one. He is 1 of 25 individuals who has earned CIC status in Nebraska. Chuck specializes in large scale irrigation projects including athletic fields.

Dan Zoucha, Vice President - Sales
Years of Service: 18
Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice
Certifications: Nebraska Pesticide Applicator, Licensed sprinkler contractor
Dan is co-owner of CM’s and handles all aspects of the sales division. He specializes in commercial and large scale residential grounds maintenance.

Josh Scearcy, Director - Community Relations
Years of Service: 15
Certifications: NE pesticide license, NCMA, ICPI
Josh works in all aspects of commercial  and residential sales.  His main focus is to grow CM's public presence through networking, community events, trade shows, and volunteering.  His #1 goal is to make CM's a household name in our market. 

Dave Scearcy, Vice President-Client Services
Years of Service: 15
Degree:  BS in Park and Recreation Administration
Certifications: NE pesticide license (sons say he is a certified crazy person!)
Dave’s focus is to meet with new customers to insure that we have and are meeting or exceeding their expectations.  In addition his goal is to touch base with all of our customers once or twice a year to insure they are happy with our work. Dave enjoys playing tennis and working in his flower gardens in his spare time. His absolute favorite job is being a grandpa.

Chuck Monico, Sr., Vice President-Turf Operations

Degree: Bachelor of Arts, Psychology
Certifications: Nebraska Pesticide Applicator, Categories 04 and 08.  Iowa Commercial Pesticide Applicator, Codes 30T and 7A
Chuck Sr, manages the turf operations division of CM's.  Chuck works closely with the various state agencies, extension offices, and professional organizations to ensure quality of our practices and products.

Scott Scearcy, Division Manager-Design/Build
Years of Service: 15
Certifications: Nebraska Pesticide Applicator, NCMA, ICPI
Scott is responsible for coordination and installation of CM's landscape projects.  In addition he is a holiday lighting guru.  When Scott isn't busy at CM's, you will find him rooting for The Minnesota Twins.

Michael-Ryan Kruger, Operations Manager
Years of Service: 14
Degree: Bachelor of Science, Geography
Ryan has experience in nearly all aspects of CM's.  Ryan coordinates all division schedules, equipment, and employees.  He places a great emphasis on training and systems implementation.

Andrea Monico, Director - Support Services
Years of Service: 13
Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Education
Andrea oversees office operations in addition to providing support for other departments.  Some areas of focus are human resources, marketing, and technology research and implementation.

Matt McMaster, Division Manager-Maintenance
Degree: BSBA Small Business Management, UNO
Certifications: Nebraska Pesticide Applicator
Matt runs CM's Grounds Maintenance Division.  He assists in scheduling projects and routes, works on a holiday lighting crew, and plows snow in the winter.  Matt also manages the social media aspects of CM's.  Winter is Matt's favorite season.  When not at work in the winter, you can find him hauling snow in his yard so that he  and his kids can build a "luge" hill.  His family enjoys all activities in the snow, except for maybe picnics.  "We haven't tried that one yet."

Rick Dostal, Sales Associate, Landscape Designer
Years of Service: 12
Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Agriculture
Rick’s love for the outdoors has made him a natural in the design field. Rick enjoys meeting with clients to develop a blueprint for their outdoor living space.

Bobby Byers, Sales Associate, Landscape Designer
Years of Service: 7
Certifications: LiveRoof Certified, Green Roof installer
Bobby is a detail-oriented designer who enjoys fusing the structure and functionality of hardscape with softer, more aesthetically pleasing elements such as plants, water and lighting into outdoor spaces.  He enjoys the process from design concepts to fully installed, useable spaces that his clients can enjoy for year to come!
